I am practicing Yoga here for one year and half.

I’m enjoying Shakti Yoga almost every day since I found here.

So, let me introduce Shakti for all of you,

Shakti is located in the heart of city of Huahin, a royal resort city.

I was really surprised when I joined an advanced class here.

Students here were trying all the technical poses in Yoga books

I was a Yoga instructor in Tokyo, Japan, but some of the Asana were difficult even for me.

And now, I can enjoy various Asanas that I never thought I could do such as viparita Dandasana or chin stand .

Here is paradise for experienced yogi.

Khuru Yod teaches his excellent technique in an unstinting manner in his classes.

Of course Shakti has several levels of classes and fits to beginners and experienced yogis.
